During the production of Mov’in Bed Beach Cinema, a ticketed outdoor bed cinema experience in Barangaroo, Sydney, I was responsible for the Production Design and seasonal visual direction of the event.

While the beach cinema concept has existed for over a decade (2025 marked its 10th edition), each season features a completely renewed aesthetic. My role focused on the creation of the annual look & feel, entrance experience, spatial layout and immersive atmosphere, as well as signage, ambient lighting, uniforms and overall visual cohesion across the site. I designed and oversaw the build of key areas including the entrance portal, lounge spaces, main bar, VIP bar, gelato and sweets bars, and La Trattoria di Giorgio, ensuring every element supported the narrative of a curated beachside world. Leading teams of 10–20 staff during bump-in and bump-out, I directed the transformation of the precinct into a functional yet cinematic environment hosting 200 beds per session across four operating nights per week.
