GHOST IN THE ROCKS
Halloween Festival · Production Design
During the production of Ghost in the Rocks, a 4-day Halloween festival in The Rocks, Sydney, I was responsible for the Production Design and overall visual direction of the event.
My role focused on the creation of the entire visual concept, moodboards and immersive identity, as well as zoning, spatial flow, hero props and large-scale installations across the precinct. I led teams of 10–30 staff on site during bump-in and bump-out, overseeing daily tasks and ensuring every detail aligned with the intended atmosphere. From Dark Dinner to House of Horror and the festival’s signature hero props, I worked to shape the event’s visual identity, narrative atmosphere and cohesive look & feel, transforming the historic streets into Australia’s largest Halloween playground, attracting record crowds of 120,000 people in a single night.
